Michael entered the post-production industry in 2013 after completing his university studies in Media Production. Since then, he’s evolved with the rapidly shifting mediascape. He started in TV documentaries working as an edit assistant - ingesting rushes, transcoding media and handling technical processes to ensure a smooth video edit. He soon progressed to editor roles where he learned how to transform footage into emotionally driven storylines. Eager to learn more, he worked in different genres, long and short form, social media and online content.

Profiencient in the leading video editing softwares - Premiere, Avid, Da Vinci, Michael is also able to manipulate motion graphics with After Effects. With a sound understanding of audio mixing and colour correction, he can take videos to their maximium potential.

Most recently, he's been working as a video editor for Quintus Studios, adapting TV content for YouTube and social media. During this period, he's learned the secrets for creating viral hooks that stop audiences scrolling. These videos have gotten millions of views online.
